User Experience - Doing it right

My grandpa always said: “Measure twice, cut once”. I agree completely. At minimum you’ll lose half as many fingers.

In our world of User Experience proper upfront planning is just as critical. No one is losing fingers, but customers are easily lost and difficult to win back if you don’t get the UX right.
